Navigating the home selling process can be intimidating. I am here to explain every aspect of the home selling process to you and make you as prepared as possible.
When preparing your home for the market, I may recommend ideas about repairs, staging, and the advantages of each.
I will market your property right where people begin their search: Google. In addition to signage, postcards, and representation in the MLS.
Together we will review offers and select a buyer. I will negotiate on your behalf to receive the best price and terms possible.
The buyer may have more than one inspector (oil tank, roofing, etc). I will negotiate to resolve issues keeping your best interest in mind.
An appraiser will determine the home’s value if the buyer is getting a loan. I will be there to meet the appraisal and report back to you.
I will meet with you and the buyer at separate times to sign all documents.
The funds are disbursed to your account, and the transaction is recorded with the state. Success! We have closed the transaction.
